The life story of a submarine captain (LV)

Abstract

Hugo Legzdins was born on December 7, 1903. By living an intense, active life, he responds to everything he feels connected to. He is independent, demanding of himself and others. In his lifetime he has not accumulated any wealth other than what, in his words, is of pure gold. He has strong and proven relationships with people, events, and the history of Latvia. When the researchers collaborated with the author, the life story turned into a book that is dedicated to the decade of the Latvian Navy. Author’s enviable memory still holds the details of each ship. The book is divided into chapters according to the stages of the author’s life.
