Radio Discussion on the Role of the Latvian Exile Community in the Restoration of Latvia's Independence
On April 28, Maija Krūmiņa, principal investigator of the project «Navigating Post-Exile: Transformations and Transitions in the Latvian Exile Community after 1991» (No. lzp-2024/1-0114), took part in the radio programme «Global Latvian. The 21st Century». Together with the programme’s host Agnese Drunka, Danute Grīnfelde, museum educator at the Latvians Abroad – Museum and Research Centre, and Andris Teikmanis, former member of the Supreme Council of Latvia, she discussed the role played by the Latvian exile community in the restoration of Latvia’s independence.
